I do not mean your favourite meal to eat, I mean the meal that you most enjoy cooking.

Mine's lasagne.

I have some premade hamburger patties that we bought a while back. Im picky about food. The label said use or freeze by June 17th. They have been in the freezer since we have got them. Are they still good to make or should I throw it out? If its still good then what kind of seasonings can I put on the burger to make it taste better? ( we will be grilling )

I'm making Potatoes Au gratin from scratch because my family does not like that boxed stuff, so I know the normal cooking time for that dish is anywhere from 50 minutes to an hour, so is there anything I can do to the potato (boil it, microwave it, etc..) so that they will be baked much faster? Thanks!

My question is - do I need to increase the spice quantities if I'm making more servings?
It involves cumin seeds, turmeric, garlic, 1 whole chilli and garam masala.

I know generally you don't need to add more chilli or garlic (or do I?)

I have a bread machine recipe that I would like to make, but I do not have a bread machine. The bread machine is only used to mix the ingredients, so I am wondering when I should mix the ingredients in. The ingredients consist of chives , dill and a variety of other spices.

Do I mix this into the yeast before I mix it with the water to activate it? or do I mix it in with the flour before I add it to the yeast? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't want any recipes that are just bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and white bread. I've had that too much. I need a new spin on this. Thanks a lot.
