Add some sourcream to make it really moist and rich. I also add a shot or 2 of expresso and a little cinnamin. YUM!
You could also do some fresh squeezed OJ, mmmm.

I love raspberry with chocolate. Maybe some raspberry flavor in the mix with fresh berries on top of the cake. Yum, will you save me a piece?

Mix up your cake then add a can of cherry pie filling, mix that in, bake in a bundt pan. When cool invert pan on serving dish...fill center of cake with another can of cherry pie filling and serve with whipped cream-wonderful!

I wouldn't put anything in the mix, but you could use strawberries and whipped cream in the middle and as a topping instead of using frosting. CarolSandyToes1

For me it would be mint. Or just make the regular cake and ice it with mint icing.
