I went to visit the Amish and they had a bulk food store, where I bought a bag of Veggie Chips. They look like dried out Vegetables (Carrots, Green Beans, Zuchini, Squash, Red Onion, Parships, Potatoes, etc.), but they tasted more like Potato Chips with just a slight veggie taste. They are excellent and addictive and if I could figure out how they make them - I would be eating veggies all day long!

Who has tried your ideas and actually likes them as much as you do. I know people pick their favorite ideas, but is there a format to know who has actually tried it and has feedback?

Hi there,
I've been trying to get the right amount of time to heat sunflower oil.

I use a non stick skillet/pan and the flame is just enough to boil water.

How long do I heat the pan before I add the oil and how long do I heat the oil after its in the pan before adding more cooking ingredients (eg. veggies, meat?)

does anyone have a recipe for mac & cheese balls? I don't want the name of a website. I am at work and cannot access most sites. So if anyone has one or can copy and paste me a recipe off of a site it would be great! Thanks

It is usally served warm and is slightly sweet. It comes on your plate as if it were scooped out like ice cream. I have searched everywhere for the recipe but haven't had any success. It probably comes under a name that I don't know. It has whole corn in it. I have tried to recreate the recipe and have come close but if anyone has a recipe for something like this I would appriciate it very much.
Thanks in advance.

I know you cut the top off of the pepper and gut it, but I don't know how to cook them.

So I'm going to make brownies and the box says I'm going to need 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. Could I use canola oil instead? We don't have any vegetable oil at my house.

Specifically I'd like to know what I can add to Ranch dressing to make it Southwest Ranch like what is served with many appetizers at restaurants. I'm also interested in how to make a horseradishy sauce similiar to the one that is usually served with fried onion (blooming onions, rings, chips).

I'm interested in all dipping sauces though and will appreciate any you can give.
