I watched the demo n shopperschoice.com. The grill had all the features I want but the price seems on the high side.

a super cajun charcaol grill is bs. theres only one way to cook cajun food and it aint on a grill

Looks interesting but I prefer gas grills for more even cooking and temperature modification - charcoal grills are just so tricky to keep a steady temperature and in most cases you wind up with that charcoal taste that over powers everything. They also use more fuel to heat up and are a real fire hazard if you live in a drought region. Good Luck!

Okay. First of all.. Gas if for grilling. Charcoal is for barbecuing. Gas does NOT add any additional flavor, while charcoal/wood does.

Having said that.. You might take a look at a Char-Griller Pro.

I've had one for several years, and use it constantly.

You can buy them online just as cheaply as you can in a store.

I use mine at home all the time, and even take it out for special events. Recently I did ribs & chicken for 40-people on mine with no problem.
