You can't be serious? You cook meat when it's raw to kill the bacteria. When it's already gone bad, you can't "save" it by cooking it. You will get very sick.

You can and properly seasoned and cooked you will not become ill. In many cultures around the globe refrigeration is unavailable and meat is a luxury so it is consumed even when western standards may have encouraged discard - consider to that during the long journeys of our not too distant past our ancestors ate meat packed in salt or brined to prevent spoilage but ate it anyway often after it had changed color. The real trick is to season it so it is palatable as spoiled meat has a pungent taste. The best I have seen are Thai and Philippine dishes but Peruvian are starting to climb the list. If you are interested in trying it I would recommend a recipe strong in garlic and chili oils as well as citrus - the first step of washing the meat is very important cover the meat completely with Kosher salt and let sit for 5 minutes then rinse under cold water until water runs clear - follow recipe - cook meat to well done (very brown even charred but not burnt). If you don't like it toss it - no use in adapting to something you don't need to - but if you travel a good deal it is a good idea to know what could await. Good Luck!

If i'm treating somebody to dinner, and that they could order regardless of they choose to order. yet whilst i'm throwing a occasion at my living house, or having somebody for dinner, i'm no longer cooking a undeniable meal for an omni. there is not any rule that declares they could't consume food except there is meat in it. It purely furthers the ridiculous theory which you won't be able to flow a meal devoid of meat. they could consume what I consume and not different than me to could cook dinner 2 seperate nutrition. As for the 2nd question, thats possibly my single greatest puppy peeve. in the journey that your a vegetarian for any reason besides wellbeing, thats have been given to be the only maximum ridiculously ignorant ingredient you may desire to probable do on your reason. Tyson rooster would not provide a damn what you do with their product. they only want you to purchase it. you may consume it, throw it away, push it around your plate, or positioned on it as a damn face mask. It reasons the comparable result. It creates a call for for meat. by making use of purely letting the beef take a seat there, you're actually not assisting all of us, or something. you're purely dropping food.

I guess it is a matter of degree and what exactly is wrong with the meat. if it has ecoli then cooking it very well will kill off the ecoli. If it is just rancid then no amount of cooking is going to make it better. Some tribes in Alaska like rotten meat with maggots in it.

no matter how much you cook rotten meat, it will still be rotten...so unless you are doing some crazy science experiment or you are trying to get food poisoning, i would strongly suggest you toss the meat out and use fresh..

Offer a piece of the meat to the cat. If he turns his nose up at it then get rid of the rest.

Chances are that you would be okey, but It seriously isnt worth the chance. You could get a really nasty stomach ache, or even worst. THrow the meat out and start over...it just isn't worth it.
