He said he used lemons to make them. Does anyone have the recipie for this?

I found a blog where a lady talks about how she did it. Here's part of what she says:
"I had received a joke recipe that, if followed, produced a turkey with boobs. Yes, boobs with pert nipples. The recipe for this was quite easy. I took two lemons and cut them in half. After seperating the skin from the turkey’s breast, I stuck on half under the skin on each side. I used the halves with the little bump. Well, this little joke turned into an all day adventure for my family."

I suppose he may have just slipped a couple of whole lemons under the skin of the breast before cooking the turkey.
