It helps if you have a "sandwich grill" that presses the edges of the bread together as it cooks.
Add precooked yummies to any grilled cheese and create a breakfast pocket meal.
Use cinnimon raison bread, ham and egg for a funky sweet breakfast treat.

Add an egg, pre-cooked bacon, sausage, any left over meat from the night before. Just because soceity has trained us to eat bacon and sausage for breakfast doesn't mean you can't use fish, chicken, steak. Also something on the run. Frozen toaster waffles. I slice them in strips and take a small cup that fits in the cupholder, with syrup. Dip away.

Just get some plain bagels from the store, fry up an egg add some cheese ham/bacon/sausge flats and you're good to go....you can do the same thing with tortillas as well, add a little salsa for some extra kick you'll be good to go!

Throw in a couple slices of ham, some bacon, or eggs. Or try using a sourdough bread or something a little different. You could use a croissant, but I'm not sure how you would grill that...
