Hi everyone, I love to bake cakes and such. I have a few cake and cooking problems though.
Can anyone help with this?
I have experience were the middle of the cake is still raw and the corners of the cake is cooked. Why is that happening? How do you make a moist cake from scratch? Sometimes my cakes are so dry you can choke on them.
When I make Fettuccini Alfredo with fresh parmesan cheese and once I add the cheese with the egg, milk and butter mixture, the cheese gets clumpy, I never understood why?
