Doesn't sound like something I would eat. I am sure there are plenty who do:

Here is one I found for you:

Banana Burgers
1 lb ground pork
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 banana, peeled and coarsely chopped
Salt, freshly ground black pepper, and truffle salt to taste

Mix everything together. Make into small (slider-sized) patties. Grill or cook in a pan on the stove.

Peel the banana part way, take out the banana. Trash it, eat it, whatever. Then stuff the banana peel with hamburger meat and cheese, bake and enjoy.
