I'm making a chocolate cake... Can I replace cream with cream cheese? And.. which cream do I have to use if I can't use cream cheese? (ex. whipped cream)

i just made lentil soup, iv never had it before and it tastes really bland but i have nothing to compare it to! what should i do??
recipe-
1 1/2 cup lentils
1 tsp basil
1 tsp curry
1 tsp thyme
some red pepper
some peppercorns
1 cup celery choppd
3-4 carrots choppd
little garlic
1 cup tomatoes

--maybe its just not my taste??? idk pleeeeez help!!

My church is a big fan of CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES and I have a BIG church my mom volunteered to make 5 batches. I don't know why I guess she's CRAZY. And guess what...She has to make it today cuz tomorrow is the big anniversary for my church, my church has been up standing since 1987!!! And it's hightech now, LOL! My mom wanted me to ask everybody on here this! I know not everybody is gonna answer this, but I'm a girl in need of help to HELP my mom make these cookies so please answer this ASAP!

We recently ate at a great mexican restaraunt and we ordered cheese dip and it had ground beef in it.Does anyone have the recipe? Or at least a similar one? I don't even know what cheese would be best.Can you please help or I'm going to be spending all my money at the restaraunt buying their dip and chips.

I put the egg in after the milk and it just made it disguting. I tried again and put egg in frying pan with cooked noodles then added the cheese mix and milk and mayo and it was so runny. What am I doing wrong?

Ok, I had the greatest brownie ever yeasterday at work! It had something to do with the topping. I asked the co-worker who brought them in and can't remember exactly how to do this. She said all she did was use a box brownie mix and made the brownies like normal but after they were done baking she put marshmellow on top and melted it then mixed it with something else and this is the part I can't remember. Does anyone know this topping for brownies? Or at least some kind of marshmellow topping for brownies? Thanks in advance!
