Don't listen to anyone but me. You should fry them. Who ever told you that you should put water in the bottom of the skillet does not know what they are talking about. All you do is get a grocery bag or two just in case the one bag has a hole in it, and you put flour in it. You should season your pork chops with seasoning salt, pepper and accent. Then you should put your pork chops in the bag of flour and shake them around so that the pork chops are covered in flour. Then you are ready to fry your pork chops. Just make sure when you take the pork chops out of the bag you shake them off a little bit so it wont be all powdery when you bite into it.

Put in a pan and oven at 400 degrees. Cook 20-30 minutes per side (depending on the cut - thicker longer cook time), salt/pepper and maybe some lite soy sauce or cooking sherry, cover with foil (to keep from drying out) and you will have juicy, cooked yummy pork chops.....

Baked. Line pan with package uncooked yellow rice, place chops on top, 3 stalks celery chopped fine, 1/2 qt. of orange juice poured over top, cook on 250 degrees for 2 hours or until meet is very tender. Slow cooking preserves the flavor and makes meat more tender so keep testing after about l hr or so.

Hi,
Good Question, It depends what type of meal you are having, weather outside , ect.
I prefer to BBQ them, that is cook them on an open grill with hardwood and charcoal. There is nothing better thasting than BBQ meats!
Pork Chops should be served with something sweet, like BBQ Sauce or fruit . Rice, potatoes and veggies go well with these. I usually season mine with HOUSE SEASONING, that is a blend I pick up at Chef Depot, plus I drizle lemon juice and soy sauce on them sometimes.
Hot grill and sear them well, cover and cook until 150 F. , about 10 min. !

well you can grill them, bake them, fry them...
depends on what you wanna do to them
shake n bake
marinate
grill with a lil garlic n seasoning
fry with lil butter n seasoning
if you put water in the pan you will boil your chop. if you want more flavor and color- use a lil oil and / butter. cook on a high temp to sear meat and give color, then finish cooking on lower heat so you don't dry your meat

I like pork chops best when they are grilled. I leave the grill on as low as it will go. Season chops with poultry seasoning, garlic & pepper seasoning. Flip the chops several times. they will be juicy and delicious!

My family likes them grilled with steak season on them....
Or season them with steak season and garlic and put them in a pan and cover them with cream of mushroom soup... bake at 375 till tender... make some rice and use the cream of mushroom gravy on the rice and chops......
My dad cuts up porkchops into cubes and put them in his homemade vegetable soup instead of beef

No kidding - use "Shake n Bake" for the coating and them bake them using the instructions on the box. They taste better than fried and they are healthier that way.
