I'm wanting to make some crab rangoons but I can't find these in my grocery store. I live in a small town so I'm limited but surely they're somewhere. Are they refrigerated?

In my store they are by the bagged salads, and yes they are refrigerated.

But you can make your own:

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 to 1/2 cup water, as needed
Extra flour as needed
PREPARATION:
Lightly beat the egg with the salt. Add 1/4 cup water.

Sift the flour into a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the egg and water mixture. Mix in with the flour. Add as much of the remaining water as necessary to form a dough.
(Add more water than the recipe calls for if the dough is too dry).

Form the dough into a ball and knead for about 5 minutes, or until it forms a smooth, workable dough. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll out until very thin, and cut into 3 1/2-inch squares. Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to use.

I can find them in the produce section, usually right next to the tofu. And that's at a small Safeway. Good luck! I know what it's like to deal with small town stores.

Here in the US. We find them in the deli cases, near the refrigerated dough products, pie crust dough, breadstick dough, biscuit doughs etc. Sometimes they are with the refrigerated Asian products next to the egg roll wrappers dough.

In The UK I have seen them also near the refrigerated Asian foods.

They are usually at the end of the produce section where the lettuce and stuff is near the chinese cabbage and bean sprouts.

I would not go through all the trouble to make them as suggested. They are in the produce section and refrigerated.
Don't you have any supermarkets nearby?
