Here's one for the crockpot:

Crock Pot Round Steak

4-6 servings 6¼ hours 5 min prep

2-3 lbs round steaks
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) jar mushrooms
1/4 cup water

Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
Goes well with mashed potatoes (makes a wonderful gravy!).

Enjoy!!

Marinate it in a jar of italian dressing for at least four hours and then you'll not need to add any spice to it. If you tenderize it before adding the marinate it'll be very tender. Then you can either grill it or just slap it in a frying pan.

I've found round steak is really great in stir-fry's.. Cut in to slices and it only takes a short while to cook, but stays juicy and tender... Add vegetables and a marinade or sauce, some noodles or rice - Done :-)

if you grill it b e sure to marianate for awhile, (round steak
is notoriously tough) you could swiss it up with stewed
tomatoes, onions and spices.
