Okay... I recently visited Chattanooga, TN. While there, we went to a restaurant called Big River Grill, and I ordered the Cajun chicken alfredo, and it was awesome.

I was wondering if anybody has a recipe for any Cajun chicken alfredo?

Thanks. I love me some Cajun food, lol..

hello..thanks for any advise.
I have a pack of mcCormick Bag'nSeason pot roast seasoning blend.
Comes with the blend, comes with the bag, but I am actually thinking about just pouring this seasoning blend into the crock pot with about 1/4 cup water and veggies. Problem is the expiration date on it is January '06...about a year and a half over.
Would you use it?
The bag is not ripped or anything, so the contents hasnt had air.
I want to put a roast onto cook, but have no dressing mix to season it...didnt want to run all the way to the grocery store.
thanks for your answers.

Namaste ~
Is Usli Ghee just plain ghee, but with a very proper name, or is it something different?

And, suddenly I am seeing mention of Desi Ghee. What ever is that? Maybe Ghee with a foreign accent?

One more thing: is there another kind of ghee we should mention?

with thanks in advance

I have a bag of frozen chicken breast that I would like to cook up. I want some type of skillet meal, I don't want to turn on the oven and don't have a grill. Something interesting. No stir fry or fried chicken.
