I would go with pork chops and maybe something like steamed asparagus as a veggie.

*******BAKED HAM STEAK
1 center cut ham steak (2-3" thick)
Brown sugar
Dry mustard
1 sm. can Pet milk
Hand pack ham with mustard and brown sugar. Place in heavy skillet. Cover with Pet milk. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours, until ham is fork tender.

or

Take a package of smoked sausage and cut into 2 inch pieces and then slice lenght ways. Place in oven and cook until hot. Normally I cook them at 325 for 30 minutes or so.

Don't forget a quick and easy salad of some type. Maybe store prepared bag and add mushrooms and olives.

Ham!!! I don't think there is a better combination. Just toss a nice spiral sliced ham in the oven and serve it with your taters and a green veggie or salad of some kind

Ham would be my #1 choice or oven roasted breasts of chicken, bone-in and skin on, well seasoned and roasted until the skin is nicely brown and crispy. Serve a nice salad on the side and fresh string beans.
