********Meat filled Crescent ring:
Ingredients:
2 packages crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
one bunch of green onions, chopped
1 diced avocado
1 cup sour cream
salsa
Method:
Brown ground beef and follow taco seasoning directions on back of package.
Add the cheese and place aside for the time being.
Unroll the two packages of crescent roll.
On a cookie sheet, place the crescent roll wedges in a circle, wide side of wedge towards the middle, pointed end towards the outside.
Place the ground beef on the crescent rolls and wrap the pointed ends of the rolls around the meat mixture, so that it forms a ring.
Bake at 375 F for approximately 12 minutes.
When baked remove from oven and place on a large platter.
On the inside of the ring place lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and avocados.
Dollop sour cream and salsa over all.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco mix
Tomato sauce
Water
Kidney beans, drained
Cheddar cheese
Cream corn
Cornbread mix
1 egg and 1/4 c. milk
Frozen pie shell (optional)
Brown hamburger, drain. Add taco mix, tomato sauce, water, simmer. Add drained kidney beans. Pour into casserole or pie shell. Mix cornbread and stir 1/2 cream corn. Spread hamburger with 1) layer remaining cream corn 2) layer grated cheese 3) layer cornbread mixture.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Mexi Noodle Casserole
2 pounds ground beef browned/cooked and lightly seasoned
1 bag cooked no-yolk noodles
1 container sour cream, 8-ounces
1 to 2 cans corn or mexi-corn
1 big can or 2 small cans cream of chicken
1 small can cream of mushroom
progresso Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
mix all your ingredients (except for the breadcrumbs) together in a big pot while your meat and noodles are still hot
low to medium heat for a few minutes to warm all the soups
pour into 1 big or 2 small casserole dishes
sprinkle breadcrumbs over entire top of casserole
cover with lid or aluminum foil
place in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes
take off lid or foil
bake an additional 5 minutes or so just for a touch of browning/crispness on top

You could make a really good dip by combining those ingredients. Garnish it with some lettuce and tomatoes on the top. That way you can use chips. Or you could put that on top of the chips for a taco salad. That would be good. You will probably need to use either chips or tortillas in the recipe though because you will need a staple.

cook the ground beef
1 onion chopped

1 diced green peppers
add water to cover and let simmer untill the rice is done
mix the beans with the taco sauce
lay the beans out in the pan ,layer the rice over it and then cheese bake 350 for 45 min covered
top with shredded lettuce,tomatoes and salsa when done

SEVEN LAYER MEXICAN DIP 1 sm. can refried beans 1 can Fritos bean dip 1 container Dean's guacamole dip 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. taco seasoning shredded Jack and cheddar cheese 1 can sliced black olives 3 sm. chopped tomatoes 2 bunches chopped green onion Mix refried beans and Fritos bean dip; spread in bottom of small rectangular baking dish. Next, spread guacamole dip. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning; spread. Sprinkle cheese or cheeses to cover the third layer. Sprinkle olives, tomatoes, and green onion in that order. DONE! This recipe I made for the first time on Christmas Eve 2005. It was a smash!!

MEXICAN LAYER DIP
1 can refried beans
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Chopped tomatoes, lettuce, olives, onion, and any other Mexican type flavors such as jalapenos to choice
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
In serving dish (approximately 12-14 inches in diameter) spread refried beans. Mix sour cream with taco season and layer on top of beans. Shred lettuce, chop tomatoes and other chosen ingredients and layer on top of sour cream mixture. Top off dip with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips for an easy, tasty dip!

as long as u add garlic & cumin seed u cannot go wrong,Soak the beans overnight unless they r canned ,if so forget the whole meal and take him out.In the mornin cook beans 2 to 3 hours with salt pork r favorite sauage diced ,add half an onion, 3 snaps of garlic,half spoon of cumin this for up to 1 pound of beans raw.The rice ,1spoon olive oil, stir fried til brown.add spices to taste 1can tomatoe sauce same amount ot water cover over med. heat u may have to add more water til rice is soft & tasty.Now the meat stir fried, drain the grease out ,dice up 2 potatoes, if u have a morcajete,boil 2 tomatoes peel them smash them all together with garlic,cumin seed salt pepper to taste,add to meat & papas 1-12oz glass qter cover simmer til papas(potatoes) melt in uar mouthFfor get the taco seasoning, the cheese sprinkle over beans when served.Hey invite me!

Add a can of Rotel tomatoes and mix it all together. The Rotel tomatoes have a hint of spice so it won't be too spicy. I'd also add onion but that's my personal preference.
