i am going to wash and cut up cabbage, i am not sure how to cut it i know everyone says in quarters but i do not know what that is, how much water, and i will cook for 25 minutes boiling on high heat in large pot on stove with spices and onions and green peppers is this ok

okay I have bread crumbs for the chicken...how long should I cook it? its split chicken breasts (bone in) nearly three pounds....and should I put a generous amont of bread crumbs? until it covers the chicken basically?
