Filet of sole is in my opinion low odor and buttery.
If you have tried a fish that absolutely taste fishy is because the fish is not fresh at all.

Any fresh fish should not be smelly. Some are oilier than others, tho. Some light tasting white-fleshed fishes are: flounder, sole, freshwater (brook) trout, haddock, cod and tilapia.

the way i like which should never have a fishy taste. fresh good piece of tuna. cut in slices (the size of chicken nuggets). bread it with dipping in flour, then egg wash then dipping in panko bread crumbs. these are the best. then fry in a pan till golden brown.
I like mine with lemon and soy sauce. but you try it and see what you like.

Catfish is excellent... mild, white flaky flesh and not smelly. Also it's expensive, but try Walleye. MMmmmm good.

Tilapia is very mild tasting, has virtually no smell, and is very easy to find in your local supermarket.
