Roll the chicken in milk or egg first and then in the crumbs. Cover all sides. Spray your baking pan with oil, bake at 325 for about 30 to 45 minutes or when juices run clear.

I don't care how big the chicken is or what it's stuffing is or if it has a bone or not. I put it in tin foil in a pan, pour milk, salt and pepper over it, you can put a little butter on top if you like, pull up the tin foil to cover it and put it in the oven at 325 for 30-45 minutes. You can check it after 30 minutes to see if it's done the way you like it or not. I think the 45 minutes is best.

I never heard of covering chicken with bread crumbs...The only way I know is mixing like pepperidge farm bread crumbs with already seasonings in there and adding things like celery and mushrooms and stuffing a whole chicken (in the pocket)..

Forget the crumbs, Season your chicken the way you like it, After that is done, wrap some uncooked bacon strips around chicken,Hold together with tooth picks, about three strips should be enough, cover and cook 350 degrees, for 1 hour an 1/2 Remove cover at last 20 Min's of cooking time to brown,( shorter cooking time if you want your chicken to be real moist. Delicious tasting.

Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl, mix together with a fork 1 egg & a splash or so of milk. Dip chicken in egg bath, then place in ziplock bag with bread crumbs. Shake well til chicken is coated, then place bone side down in baking dish. Bake for about 40 - 50 minutes til juices run clear......Yummy!!

Preheat your oven to 350ºF.

Salt & pepper the chicken, then dredge in a beaten egg or two and some milk mixed together. This helps the bread crumbs stay on.

THEN dredge in seasoned bread crumbs.
Lay in a greased dish (not too crowded) and bake about 40 min. You don't have to turn them over. Cut into one, and if the juices run clear and meat is no longer pink, it's ready.

ok. Pre-heat oven to 325F and place rack in the middle of oven. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip chicken (chix) breasts in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. (Flour and egg help breading stick.) Amount of breading is up to you, what you like.

Place on baking sheet or in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.Start checking at 30 minutes. Juices should run clear from the chix breast when pierced with the tip of a knife. Enjoy.

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and my suggestion would be to dip the chicken in beaten egg (beat and set in a bowl) and then bread crumbs, in a bowl, the egg will make them stick to the chicken and bake for 45 minutes
