I will be making a punch for a children's party this weekend. Does anyone have a really good punch recipe? (I've had some nasty punch before so I'm hoping you've tested the recipe out first :)) Thank you!

This is not the punch you are familiar with. Most punch tastes nasty to me. I have always hated the overpowering from the carbonated beverages used in punch.

I made this punch recently for a party. It was a huge hit. Both parents and children enjoyed it very much. I guarantee you it will be a hit. I ran out in the middle of the party i should have bought more ingredients. Make a little at a time if the party is outside. You don't want the sherbet to melt before its gone.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 gallon strawberry sherbet
2 (64 fluid ounce) bottles fruit punch
1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled

DIRECTIONS

1. Place sherbet in punch bowl. Pour in fruit punch and lemon-lime soda.

This recipe makes green punch. Take lemon-lime kool-aid and make it according to directions. Add a large can of pineapple juice and a 2-liter of ginger ale. My family has made this punch for the last 20+ Christmases. Make sure the punch is cold...here is a tip...mix everything together except the ginger ale....refrigerate and add cold ginger ale just before serving....hope you like it!!!!

I don't have a specific recipe for you, but an idea I found for a baby shower I threw... pour some of the punch (or a main ingredient of the punch) into a bundt pan and add some fruit to make it pretty, freeze it and add it to the punch bowl to keep it cool and pretty!

Mix together a large bottle of Hawaiian Punch, Liter of Ginger Ale and a pint of OJ. I use this all the time and think it's yummy and easy! Also add some lemon and orange slices to the top.
