I defrosted some chicken breasts the day before yesterday...would it still be good to cook and eat today?

If you kept them refrigerated the whole time, the breasts should be fine, however, they need to use right away. If you left them out to get to room temperature for the 2 days, they need to be thrown out.

If it was left in the frig it will be OK if you left it out at room temp no get rid of it. If in doubt get rid of it. Chicken is too inexpensive to risk getting sick over.

If they are in the fridge yes.
If they have been on a counter they still should be alright. If they are a bit smelly they could be dodgy
If in doubt,
Throw em out.

Yes if kept in the fridge...check for sliminess and smell and over-yellowing.

some discomfort au chocolat i might put in the freezer by using fact the main suitable-earlier date grow to be whilst i grow to be on trip so I iced over them earlier I went and had one for brekkie this morning - nom nom

Give it a smell if it smells nasty id toss it ... Check to see if its slimmy too .
