put more waffle mix into the thing. you probably put too little mix in it. OR too much. so, try less mix then, try more mix.

I have had this problem too. I don't think it's a question of baking time. Even though it's a non stick coating, I used non stick spray on it. I only had to do it once, and the waffles haven't stuck since.

Use some cooking spray like Pam. Wait for the little light to go from red to green (if it has one) which would signal that the waffle is done.

ah the waffle iron... its a great thing... theres no such thing as non sticking surface. its a fabrication. they have a surface that is less sticky. use tons of butter. you can never use to much. 2nd. make sure your cooking it all the way before opening the iron. never trust its timer. 3rd. make sure your batter has the correct amount of content in it. not enough flour, not enough water, no eggs, too much egg, etc. make sure. good luck.

YOU ARE STILL SUPPOSED TO SPRAY BOTH SIDES WITH PAM OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. YOU SHOULD ONLY LEAVE IT IN 5 MIN MAX. BUT DONT TRY TO PUT FRUIT IN I DID TRY WITH SOME BLUEBERRIES YESTERDAY AND THEY FELL APART.(BUT MY KIDS SAID THEY WERE STILL YUMMY)
