Ingredients:

1 large orange
3 whole cloves
2 3/4 cups fresh orange juice
8 cups unsweetened apple juice
1/4 cup raisins
1 cinnamon stick

1. Peel the skin from the orange leaving the bitter white pith behind.
2. Stick the cloves into the skin.
3. Squeeze the juice from the orange and add to the 2-3/4 cups orange juice.
4. Place all ingredients into a large nonreactive pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
5. Remove from heat, cover and allow to stand at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve warm or cold.

Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 30 minutes
Here's How:
Pour one gallon of fresh cider into a large pot on the stove or into a crockpot or slow cooker.
Add a half cup of brown sugar.
Place 1 teaspoon of whole cloves, 1 teaspoon of whole allspice, and 3 cinnamon sticks on a square of cheesecloth and tie up. Add to the pot.
Heat the cider to a boil, stirring regularly. Leave the pot uncovered so that you and your family or guests can enjoy the warm, delicious aroma.
Once the cider boils, lower the setting to simmer for at least another 15 minutes to allow for thorough infusion of the spices. Stir occasionally.
Remove the spices from the pot and ladle hot mulled cider into mugs or other glasses designed for hot beverages.
Tips:
If you don't have cheesecloth on had, use a tea ball or a coffee filter to hold the spices.
Add a splash of rum or brandy to really warm up a chilly day.
For a decorative touch, you can stud an apple with cloves and allow that to float in your cider pot instead of adding cloves to your spice bag.
What You Need:
fresh cider
whole cloves
cinnamon sticks
whole allspice
cheesecloth
large stock pot
brown sugar
ladle
mugs

You want to wait until fall when the apples are ripe. You grind them up into a mash and press them in cheese cloth. We have a cider press that makes it easier by grinding the apples and pressing the mash under a board, but you can just grind the apples in a food processor. Pu the ground up apples in cheese cloth and twist it tight to get the juice out. Apple juice is just cider that has been clarified.

don't need to do a huge amount. Basically crush them to get juice and put in a big wooden barrell, the natural sugars in the apples usually start the fermentation process themselves after a few days, just leave for about 6 months. Depends on type of apple though so may sometimes have to add a bit of yeast.

Cider - Juice the apples and pour into a clean & sterile food grade plastic bin e.g. a homebrew fermenting bin. Throw in some beer yeast and let it ferment for a week. siphon into a demijon(s) and leave it for 2-3 weeks then bottle it.

Clean fermenting bin, siphon, demijons and bottles with sodium metabisulphate and rinse alot.

Finally send me bottle for Quality Control

Good luck
