Do you have any personal recipes that you have tried, using chicken thighs, that are good?
(I am very aware that I can look recipes up online. I'm looking for your personal favorites).

Ok I'm boiling chicken leg quarters, not boneless skinless, because I want more taste. Then I'm going to strain it, save the broth, get all of the good meat out, put it in a new pan, and add the broth. Them I'm going to supplement it with, Swansens broth. Add carrots, celery, bolian cubes...... simmer, when allmost done.... egg noodles. Oh yea and through it all...add some choice spices... salt pepper, dash of parsley... and walla! What do you think? I made it like that last time, and my kids who usually don't eat soup....... loved it. So what do you think? And what would you add?

I plan on marinading boneless chicken thighs and then freezing them for later for throughout the week to eat for part of my protein diet. I was wondering if that will spoil the chicken or if there is a better way I should go about this?

I made a tiramisu for my friend's birthday for tonight. All the recipes I looked up called for eggs, but none of them said to cook the eggs first, so my tiramisu contains raw eggs. Is this safe, and is this normal for tiramisu??? Thanks.

I love Sherwood's egg noodles as they are so quick to cook. What could I eat with them? I need something that's easy to cook and hopefully doesnt involve too many complicated ingredients. At the moment I usually eat them with soy sauce and thats it.
