I thought I was the only one to eat noodles and soy sauce lol, but I usually put parmesan cheese in there too. Or if you eat noodles with cottage cheese and butter that's good too.

There are isles of sauces at any decent supermarkets these days. A popular way for the chinese is to use oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Another one is the south east asian satay sauce with peanuts or mixed with melted peanut butter.
Mild yellow curry with coconut milk is another personal favorite of mine.
You can also treat it like a pasta and use a basil pesto.
The possibilities are endless.

Fry up some ground beef and season your meat! It is so good mixed with the egg noddles. It is great with soy sauce. You can also use ground turkey and it is great too! Simple!

Why not add somne cooked cubed chicken pieces, you can buy them already cookedand heat them with the noodles

I either put cottage cheese on mine if I'm in a hurry. If i got a little time, I brown some beef, add some beef gravy and call it Stroganoff

-drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, peas
-olive oil, garlic, parmesean cheese, basil
- can of rotell tomatoes with chili peppers, garlic, olive oil
-2 pts cherry tomatoes, grate 2-3 cloves garlic, sprinkle with salt, pepper olive oil, bake in oven until tomatoes pop. add handfuls grated cheese, fresh basil, serve over noodles..
all quick, simple, easy and so good...
