I would sautee the shrimp with butter, garlic, onions, pepper, frozen veggies and soy sauce and place on top of cooked noodles. Leave the oyster sauce and bread crumbs for another day.

Oh my god, you can make some delicious meals with those kinds of ingredients, if I were you I'd try this-Use the noodles, shrimp and veggies to make some shrimp and noodles by topping the noodles with the shrimp and veggies. You can use the rice and sauces to make a fried rice sidedish.I'm am so gonna star this question, thanks for asking, this was a really fun question to answer!!!

This is a good one I do this all the time, chop the veggies and saute them, lightly fry the shrimp add a spoon of flour and some milk to make a creamy sauce season and serve on the pasta.
Or you can make a creamy veggie sauce for the pasta and bread the shrimp and deep fry them.

Scampi

Saute garlic in butter or oil, and quickly saute the shrimp

In another pan saute some bread crumbs in a little oil or butter (fresh bread crumbs are best), and mix into scampi. Serve over pasta with garlic and oil.
