I need a simple Brownie Recipe. This is for a class and the ingredients/ supplies need to be easily transportable. I need this for a spanish project where I have to be teaching the cooking on video so if you can accompany it with a spanish equivalent it would be a lot of help, if not I could still use it. I have tried a internet search but I cannot tell if I should use regular cocoa or some product mix.

I cut the following veggies into small-med size pieces:
zucchini
summer squash
red peppers
shallots

I placed them on a foil lined pan, sprayed them with a touch of olive oil, added some seasoning and put them in the oven at 450 for 30 min.

The shallots were awesome as were the red peppers. But, the zukes and squash basically turned to mush. What did I do wrong?

Today, I put black eyed peas and sliced pork chops, with some Tapatio sauce. It was delicious!

What are some creative fillings that you have done?

I have about 20 whole wheat tortillas to work with, so the more the better!

I have got a Partidge breast and a Wood Pigeon breast waiting to be eaten tomorrow. What to do with them?

If the worse comes to the worse, I will probably pan fry them neat and eat them with savoury rice, couscous or crinkled oven chips (=French Fries for the Americans).

Or I might marinade the Pigeon in soy sauce. Or I could do a stir-fry. Bedtime in England, so I do not have think it out straightaway

I've been wanting to invest in a really good set of kitchen knives. I would like knives that will last a lifetime, I've heard they are out there. I've been looking at many different brands at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, but I'm not sure which ones are good.
What are the best knives that are really worth the time and where can I find them?
And have you used these knives?
