i found this cooking site for you that as an online calculator to convert from grams to whatever you need.

1 cup is 16 tablespoons.

There are many websites on google that you can type in whte you have in grams/mL ect... and it will give you what you need in cups tbsp ect... Try typing in unit converter on google or yahoo

You'd have to weigh each item and then convert it that way. There is no consistent way to convert weight (grams) to volume (cups) - unless you know the weight of each ingredient.

Do a web search for metric conversions, it will take you to a site that you enter in what the recipe says and what you need it converted to....then it will tell you the conversion.
