I wanted to buy fillet steak to cook for valentines but caught for time, there was none left. Instead I bought "Medallions of Organic beef" it looks almost as good as fillet, how best should I cook it? We both like it well done but I dont want to char it, is there a way of cooking it so it's blood free yet still juicy and tender?

I mean can I cook the chicken in the chicken dumpling soup in a pan in the oven? I don't know if that will help give the chicken favor or just taste gross. I don't have anything else to flavor the chicken with, well I have some sauces but no spices. Any ideas on this?

I have never eaten fish before, I mean I have tried it, but I always hate it and usually it makes me sick. I am allergic to shellfish and as a child I didn't really understand the difference, so I was scared to eat any of it. As a result, I never aquired a taste for it. However, it is very popular now so you can get it anywhere. It is also healthy and I am trying to lose weight. What would you recommend as a beginner for a fish? I hate the smell of salmon and I hate tuna. Any other ideas?

I have a 6 month old baby. I live in west meadows, in melbourne. I have this stuff called "Stadium Mustard" which is basically brown mustard. I love the stuff.
