I am talking about the salsa you find in like the El Torro Bravo salsa. El Torro Bravo's(California) that I have been to make their own tortillas which you can watch them do, and they chop your carne asada fresh for you and all the other foods they make are chopped right in front of you. I would really like to learn how to make this type of salsa. Anybody with good salsa recipes please reply

My husband loves scallops (not a fan myself) and I got some for him for a Valentine's day dinner. Any good suggestions for recipes/uses? Thanks in advance!

The steak is 12oz. I know, I know, they are not recommended well done but that's how we want them. I was unsure of how long and at what temp they needed to be cooked in an oven to achieve this or on a skillet, and how it would be done exactly. Thanks for your help!!

I have light brown sugar(which is not really packable) and dark brown sugar. Will either of these work instead? I don't really want to go out and get regular brown sugar because it is snowing pretty good and just do not want to leave the house.

I am going to the store tonight so I can pick up pretty much anything. Something great but not TO hard. I love to cook and do pretty well at it so a little challenge is ok.

I want to make a creative batch of cupcakes for tomorrow.

I got the decorating thing covered, but I dont want to make plain old chocolate or vanilla cupcakes.

Is there anything i can do to alter the cake batter to make an extra special cupcake flavor.

Frosting too!

I bought some on a trip through the Ozarks years ago, and I cannot cook without it. We keep one in the house and one in the camping stuff. I even use it on eggs. Yummy. Anyone ever used it?

Besides the common cheeses you find in the store – cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, etc. – what are some other, less common cheeses that are good for appetizers and baking? Preferably something mild.

Hi
I have a 2 1/2 year old son who doesnt like food.....Seriously, he wont even eat chocolate bars. Since hes been 1 year old we had to give him pediasure which is a meal replacement. Now I need some recipe ideas that all kids love. Here are a few helful hints : he doesnt like pizza or any kind of pasta with meat in it. He loves mayo, ketchup, hot-dogs, hampburger patty, bread and sometime chicken. Pls dont tell me to give him a hot dog or a hamburger.... I need some good recipes...even if they dont contain any of those ingredients and you know that your kids love it pls let me know what it is. Thank you
