I doubt our American friends have the same tradition...but basically we eat lots of pancakes. UK pancakes are kind of half way between the fluffy US type and the flat crispy French kind.

I am making this meal for my fiance-he is German and has never had twice baked potatoes, so this is special. What kind of salad goes best with this meal.

I am making him chocolate fondant for dessert, as he loves chocolate.

My mom LOVES Bennigan's potato soup and she was wondering if there's anywhere that she could find a recipe for it so she could make it. Any clues? Bennigan's website doesn't have anything and I didn't email them for a recipe, but most restaurants don't give those out. So is there another place to get it?

i am cooking me and my boyfriend steak dinner tomorrow night. I usually fry the steaks until well done then put them into the over for 5 minutes. We both like out meat well done, but how can i make it so that it also melt in your mouth instead of being tough? I use medallion cut steaks from Tesco's finest range? Also any good side food suggestions to go with it, i usually do peppercorn sauce, peas and onion rings.........

thank you! xxxx
