I think this is the one you are looking for....
White Pizza / Pizza Blanca
This is just the pizza for anyone wishing to try something different and delicious. No tomato sauce on this one. A favorite in my house and with guests.
5 servings
10 min prep
INGREDIENTS
2 cups sliced onions
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Place ready made pizza crust on baking pan. I use Boboli brand in large or extra large.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Saute onions and garlic in little olive oil until slighty tender but still crunchy.
Spread onion and garlic on top of pizza crust and cover with mozzarella cheese. Top with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Bake 10 minutes. Cool a few minutes then cut and serve.

This is one of my families favorites. I sometimes don't use the cliantro and onions and it is just as good.
Barrbeque Chicken Pizza
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast half
1/4 cup barbeque sauce, divided ( I use KC Masterpiece)
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 (16 ounce) package pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS
Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken breast in the skillet, and top with 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce. Cook 10 minutes, turn, and top with 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce. Continue cooking 10 minutes, until juices run clear. Cool slightly, and cut into chunks.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix the remaining barbeque sauce and marinara sauce. Spread evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Arrange cooked chicken chunks and red onion slices over the top.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from heat, sprinkle with cilantro, and let sit 10 minutes before slicing.

Hi,
Take a look at the following page- it has a selection of different pizza recipes! They are truly delicious- the four seasons pizza is my favourite. It gives you both a textual and video guide on making the pizza (professional chefs i think).
Cheers
