Scalloped potatoes with lots of onions. (served with salmom. I made a cake yesterday.
Don't go out if you don't have to.

Funny story. I put a pound of frozen chicken into the microwave this morning in order to defrost it and marinate it for dinner. I accidentally put it on high instead of defrost. I then wandered off to check on the kids. I returned a few later to find partially cooked chicken. So I chopped up an onion, some celery, and some carrots etc and put it all in the crock pot. We are now having chicken soup (rice or noodle, I haven't decided). I may add some cannellini beans and some jalapenos later to make it a little more interesting. Oops!

Unfortunately, the snow will be coming this afternoon/evening. We're due for 7-14 inches by tomorrow in Cleveland. May be in tomorrow. Then, I will have to have leftover pizza, since I won't be leaving the house. Brrrrrr...

Not yet, that should be coming later tonight. Have no idea what I'll cook when I get home, but something like chicken soup with LOTS of noodles sounds good...

Yep..stuck home with the kids....will be having soup and grilled cheese for lunch.....don't know bout dinner tonight....depends on what time my hubby makes it home from work...he actually braved the snow this morning!!!
