chopped fresh coriander, crushed coriander seeds,2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, Italian mix, chickpeas all in a big tough bowl to be crushed and mixed. Then add yogurt and juice of 1/2 a small lemon. put the steak in a plastic bag, pour half the marinade over it, squeeze all the air out the bag and zip it closed. then play with it in your hands and rub it to make sure the marinade goes all over. Anything from 1h to 24h would do, in refrigerator. Cook- grill in well preheated oven (leave the pan in while preheating and just place the steak on it when ready). time varies to type and size of steak. serve with broiled veggies, potatoes and the rest of the marinade as fresh sauce.

Rub the steak with rock salt and crumbled sage and put in a glass bowl with a fitting lid. Pour apple juice and cover. Let marinade in the fridge overnight. Grill. Serve with pasta Alfredo and a gravy made from the marinade.
Bon Apetit!

Balsalmic Vinegar is always my fave! Mix it with a bit of olive oil and then brush it on your steak with some garlic, pepper, meat tenderizer, or any other steak seasonings you desire. If you have the time, it picks up even more flavor if you let it sit in a dish of the vinegar all day and cook it at night. Mmmm... making me crave some right now! Enjoy!

Lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, olive oil. That is a cuban way of marinating a thin cut of steak. Also if you want to grill one, use Italian Dressing. It has all kinds of great spices.

Don't marinade.
Try this - get the best quality steak you can. Apply salt and melted butter to it. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour.
Then grill it to medium rare or medium.
Yum.

All of these ideas are great. I also like to add some Liquid Smoke for a mesquite flavor
