2 packages of Lipton chicken rice
1 onion chopped
1 package baby carrots
boneless skinless chicken breast
garlic salt
pepper

put rice and required water/butter in bottom of pot and 3/4 of the onion and all the carrots stir place chicken breast on top and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper and the rest of the onions cook on low for 6-8 hrs

Gently soften an onion in olive oil, add chopped mushrooms to taste. Put can of chopped low salt tomatoes in slow cooker, add onion and mushrooms, place chicken or beef on top, add salt and pepper to taste, red wine, herbs. Cook until meat is tender. Serve with noodles and green vegetables.
