I looked this up because I was a fruitaholic when I was diagnosed with diabetes and had to find this information.

I cannot remember the web-site that I had but I tried going in google and then in the address bar "carbohydrate content of fruit and nuts" or "sugar content of fruit and nuts". It was quite surprising.

Whether you are diabetic or not, you could try diabetes UK.
