Does anyone know any good recipes for a mushroom cassarole...it's his favorite and I'm cooking dinner for valentines day...

You could focus on serving stuffed mushrooms as appetizers then just make a mushroom casserole like you would a tuna or chicken casserole just omit the meat.

just mushrooms?
Get some fresh ones and wipe them b/c if you run them under the water, they will be tuff and rubbery. Get a can of cream of mushroom sauce, sautee' the shrooms with butter and season, add the mushroom sauce, all white cheese of your choice, you can add any type of noodle and enjoy... If he loves cauliflower, add them too....mmmmm I think I'll make me some too!
