Cuisinart is very good, however I prefer Calphalon. It's a good idea to go in and get a feel for the weight and balance of cookware, it makes all the difference.

Whatever the brand name is there is one thing to remember:
Never buy anything made in China! Even the top brand names make their stuff in china, and the product sucks. Stick with made in the USA. It is higher quality.
