I would use them to make chocolate covered strawberries. Now for a Hersey bar, the chocolate isn't very condensed, so it would be really easy to mix. Here are the easy steps:
1. Break up all of your chocolate bars and put them in a microwavable bowl.
2. Microwave it for about 30 secs on high. Take out the bowl and stir with a spoon, so the top portion of the chocolate doesnt get burned. Chocolate will burn if you dont mix.
3. Repeat step 2 until you get a nice hot chocolate mix. You can tell when the chocolate mix is ready by using the spoon and scooping up the chocolate, make sure that it is smooth and runny.
4. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and place the strawberries on a aluminum foil covered plate.
5. Place them in the fridge for about 30 mins.
AND ENJOY!!!!! This is something your whole family will love you for!

I would make a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and then melt the candy bars and pour them ~ nuts and all ~ over the cake when the frosting is set and the chocolate is only a little warm.... just let it all drizzle down the sides, smooth over the top...you could fill the cake with a vanilla custard.... even put some candied fruits in the custard, and that will push you right into Italy!!!

Make a chocolate cake in a rectangular pan, when cool ice with white frosting and chop up the chocolate bars and sprinkle on top.
Chop up and use in place of chocolate chips in chocolate chip cookies.
Chop up and add to a basic brownie mix.
Use as a topping for ice cream.

You could make all kinds of things with those babies. Fudge, cookies, bars, brownies, cakes, frosting, pies, or chocolate covered anything (fruits, ice cream, etc.)
P.S. I have a fabulous recipe for Hershey almond fudge, if you'd like it let me know : )

I'm not a baker so I cheat alot. I buy brownie mixes and break up the hershey bar and stir them in. They are so rich, moist and good.

I'd just throw them out. After awhile in the freezer, things start tasting kind-of funny. Just go buy some more. They're not that expensive~
