I have this stuff called "Stadium Mustard" which is basically brown mustard. I love the stuff.

Any suggestions how I could use it with turkey breast cutlets? Don't want to make anything with excessive fat/calories and prefer no flour.

Coat the turkey cutlets in the mustard then put them in a ziploc bag with cornflakes, shake them until they are coated and bake them in the oven.
Or you can just grill up the turkey cutlets, slice them up over a salad and make a mustard dressing. To make the dressing use a bit of olive oil (just to bind the stuff together), balsamic vinegar, a smidge of garlic and mustard. Wisk together and there you go.

Make a sauce with a little butter. If you must add a little bouillon. Sounds delicious.
