For perfect spareribs, cut them in sections and put them in a crockpot with 6 oz coca cola and 6 oz kethup. Leave them on low for 5-8 hours and you'll have spare ribs that fall off the bone and melt in your mouth.

Try 200 degrees for about 3 hours. Make sure you have some liquid in the pan, keep it covered, and let nature and heat do it's thing. This is called braising.
Personally, I use a pressure cooker. Place the ribs in the cooker with some onion, garlic, and water to the 1/2 way mark on the cooker, add 1 cup barbeque sauce, cover, and pressure cook for 35 minutes. Release pressure on the cooker per manufacturers instructions, remove ribs, cover with sauce of your choice and serve. I GUARANTEE they will be melt in your mouth tender.
Don't be afraid of the pressure cooker. The new ones are really fail safe to use.

Save them for tomorrow nights dinner.
Place the raw pork ribs in the crock pot in the morning on low with garlic powder, pepper, lime juice and your favorite BBQ sauce ( usually about 1/2 a bottle) and a 1/4c water
Let them slow cook all day and they will be falling off the bone delicious.
Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!

Cook them at 250 for 5 hours, they will fall off the bone. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, 3/4 cup water, cover them in a roaster or with foil paper. Then let them cool. Place on a rack, brush them with your BBQ sauce, place under the broil.

I like to poach mine in a court boullion. you season your ribs with whatever you like, a marinade or rub. then you get your court boullion ready. just get a pot, fill it with water, and add some roughly chopped, celery, carrot, onion, a couple bay leaves, whole black peppercorns, parsley stems, and salt. Poach the ribs until almost done. then, you take them out, fire up the grill, throw those bad boys on and sauce them up. let them finish cooking, and you'll have some damn good ribs.
