Yes, but you are better off getting one of those bacon pans for the microwave. Comes out perfect every time.
Or, you can do it the old fashioned way - use a microwave safe flat plate, put a layer of paper towel on the plate, then put one layer of sliced bacon on it. Cover than with another paper towel and put another row of bacon strips on that - so that they are perpendicular to the first layer of bacon. Another paper towel - and so on. Then turn on the microwave on high and cook for about 15 minutes (if cooking a whole package at once) or until the correct amount of crispiness has been achieved. Allow it to cool before separating the layers - those paper towels are drenched with hot bacon grease!

Yes, it does work, just make sure your grease is up to temperature before placing bacon in. You can also cook sausage the same way, and contrary to what some may say, it actually removes some grease instead of adding. Very tasty indeed.

I'm sure you could.. but why would you?
I buy the precooked bacon. It's great a quick zap in the microwave and it's done.
You can also bake bacon on a rack in the oven.

You could, and it probably would taste good until it became clear to you that you are eating mostly lard. Bacon already has so much fat in it you don't have to grease the skillet.
