Consider it a large can of tuna. Blend it thoroughly with mayo and some seasonings and spread on crackers, or on toast and then melt some cheese on top. It is a healthful snack for youngsters when they come home from school and will hold them until dinner.

Add bits of salmon to macaroni and cheese for a little extra in the next side dish.

Salmon patties are the same as salmon croquettes.

The taste would be the same as a salmon loaf.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 ounce) package elbow
macaroni
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
4 green onions, chopped
2 dill pickles, diced

1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon,
drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
2. When pasta has come to room temperature, combine it with tomatoes, green onions, pickles, salmon, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Chill before serving.

Also you could make a tuna casserole type dish but use salmon instead. Same goes for tuna fish sandwiches.

Salmon loaf. Mix with bread crumbs, seasoning, eggs and make a loaf! You can patty it up and make salmon patties also. I remember my Dad always doing this during Lent. Sigh....the good ole days! LOL
