If you have a true love who prefers white chocolate over chocolate, I know the feeling!

A good use of white chocolate: make a golden vanilla (or French vanilla) bundt cake; stuff it with some white chocolate morsels or pieces (and possibly nuts, like pecan chips or almond slices). Then, make a glaze out of white chocolate and confectioner's sugar. If desired, after drizzling with that glaze, toss on more nuts for decoration.

Have fun with your creations.
