30 min 10 min prep
1-2 servings

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons ginger, grated
1 teaspoon dried red chili peppers (or chili flakes)
3 scallions, minced
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons sherry wine
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce

3. Sometimes I dust the shrimp with flour before putting them in the oil, to make it like Chen's on iron chef! Enjoy!

Make the classic shrimp scampi.

Melt a half cup to 1c of butter in a saute pan
two cloves fresh crushed/ minced garlic
2Tbsp parsley
1/4c white wine
allow to simmer then add the shrimp until pink (don't over cook them)
serve over white rice with garlic bread & salad (prefferably ceasar)
garnish your dish with sprinkled paprika

Enjoy!!

Shrimp Scampi or Shrimp and Chicken with sauce is good.

Try Google: Shrimp Entrees or Shrimp Recipes.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but for the future it's fun to take a can of shrimp soup and 8 ounces of cream cheese and a bag of the tiny shrimp and mix it all in a bowl and have shrimp dip:)

You could sautee' your favorite veggies in a skillet with a pat of butter and a teaspoon of olive oil (red, yellow or green peppers, onions, garlic, 1 small apple {cubed}, broccoli, cauliflower and/or cellery). add your shrimp last and simmer for about five . you could add a dab of honey and a tablespoon of water and your favorite seasonings to make a light sauce and serve over white or brown rice!

Just because people are short does not mean you can make a meal of food out of them. Some human you are, jeez. Oh, and they prefer the term vertically challenged.
