Why not try a shrimp and Mango salad with mint
Shrimp
1 mango , cubed
1 red pepper, sliced
handful of rocket
'' '' of baby spinach
red onion sliced
cucumber seeded and sliced
roasted sweet potato
Make a dressing with olive oil , lime juice, garlic, chilli a few pieces of mango and vitamise.. Enjoy!!!

Szechwan Shrimp (Chili Shrimp):
30 min 10 min prep
1-2 servings
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons ginger, grated
1 teaspoon dried red chili peppers (or chili flakes)
3 scallions, minced
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons sherry wine
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with
2 tablespoons water
1. In wok or skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil until hot. Saute Shrimp, garlic, ginger, scallions and chile. Cook a few minutes.
2. Add sherry, ketchup, chili sauce, and cornstarch mixture and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp are done. Serve with rice.
3. Sometimes I dust the shrimp with flour before putting them in the oil, to make it like Chen's on iron chef! Enjoy!

Make the classic shrimp scampi.
Melt a half cup to 1c of butter in a saute pan
two cloves fresh crushed/ minced garlic
2Tbsp parsley
1/4c white wine
allow to simmer then add the shrimp until pink (don't over cook them)
serve over white rice with garlic bread & salad (prefferably ceasar)
garnish your dish with sprinkled paprika

Not exactly what you are looking for, but for the future it's fun to take a can of shrimp soup and 8 ounces of cream cheese and a bag of the tiny shrimp and mix it all in a bowl and have shrimp dip:)

You could sautee' your favorite veggies in a skillet with a pat of butter and a teaspoon of olive oil (red, yellow or green peppers, onions, garlic, 1 small apple {cubed}, broccoli, cauliflower and/or cellery). add your shrimp last and simmer for about five . you could add a dab of honey and a tablespoon of water and your favorite seasonings to make a light sauce and serve over white or brown rice!
