I have been looking for english muffin ring molds everywhere and I need them tomorrow so I don't have time to buy them online. Can I just use tin foil shaped into a ring instead?

Do you have several large can of tuna? Open both ends and clean the tins well... use them as rings. They worked well for me!

I hate tin foil in the fridge. My wife wraps meats up in it and puts it in the freezer. Some has probably been there for 3 years, I'll never use it, I can't see what it is! For some things those new ziplocs with the vacuum pump are handy though. --- Thanks Mookie, I wouldn't want my cheese violated. So what is foil for? I'll tell you: Pull off big square piece, lay it shiny side down and spray it with Pam. Layer in this order a few slices of potato, a chicken breast (sprinkled both sides with taco seasoning mix), some chunky garden salsa and some shredded Mexican cheese. Bring up the foil sides and seal leaving an air space. Bake at 400F for half hour. Now THAT'S what foil is for!
