Marriage & Divorce - 13 December 2007

I NEVER call him names EVER! I get called names once a day. Everytime this happens I feel this jolt of frustration and anger I dont want to deal with this anymore. I am the type of person that means what they say, I dont talk the talk often but when I do I also walk the walk. Anyway, If I say this to him it is only a matter of minutes before he wakes up and calls me a name. I dont know what to do

Why? I would like to know who reported my question and why? Is it really that offense that I dont understand why a woman would get so mad because her man has a tired/stress/med issue that has nothing to do with her? Is it so offensive that I have enough self confidence to know that just because one of us cant climax doesnt mean we are cheating or dont find the other appealing.

Come on people, it happens. Why do you people get so offended?

And I never did get any of the women to say how they expect their men to feel when THEY are the ones who cant climax or finish......

So what is it people? I want HONEST answers here. Why do you not have the self esteem or confidence to know this has nothing to do with you? With that kind of pressure, could you perform on cue everytime? What about medical issues? Medications, depression, anxiety?

he drinks an average of 3-5 nights a week(we are financially burdened right now) and that does cost money, he has diabetes and is suppose to be watching his carbs, there are a lot of carbs in his v0 & 7's . oh yeah, and when you drink a lot he tends to take non-prescription pills so you dont have a hang over. why wont my husband help me out with bills and help his own health. He thinks he will live and be healthly for ever.

I looked at my husbands computer and on his external drive he has a bunch of porn on it.. and he labeled the file really good stuff. i was not too offended that he had it, because i know he watchs it, ( so he has told me) but he only watches it when i am not around.. so i feel like it is behind my back, most men would say they like watching it and most people would agree its okay if they can seperate that from reality on looks, personality and persentation of a person.. however my hubby seems to say and do everything he sees on the movies.. he never told me he had the porn on the computer, but after all it was his computer he had with him on his deployment to iraq.. should i be upset or not ? i know it if it was me i'd of deleted it off the computer. Not only was there porn but also video clips and pictures of "hot" girls in all sorts of poses. my pictures where also on his computer, but they werent in the section labeled " really good stuff". how would you all react ?

I am 19 and just getting done with my first semester of college. I am not sure if it is a problem, but I don't like being touched by anyone. I dont like hugging parents or relatives and never kissed a girl or anything with a girl. I find girls attractive just from a distance dont want to be touched. Is there something wrong or are some people just like that and never like touching others. I mean I don't feel like it is much of a problem but never thought to much about it, WHat do you think????????

I have been with this man for 9yrs and he is addicted to pot. I was 14 when we got 2gether and back then it wasn't a big deal. Untill we had our first child and then i Realised i didn't want it around my baby, and how he should kick the habbit. Everything i said went through one ear and out the other he just started being sneaky and lying to me. When my son was almost 2 i decided enough was enough and we split for 3mths. During that time he gave up or so he claimed. We got back 2gether and 2wks later i found out he was doing it again. I loved him so i put up with it we now have a 3yr old daughter and 1yr old son now. Why does he not see what is wrong with it. I know find i resent him and not sure if i love him anymore. I'm now 23 and have started working again i feel now i'm getting older that i'm not as nieve as i once was and wonder if i'm making a stupid mistake by staying with him. Me and my husband bothe are indian citizens.And our marriage is registered in Delhi - India. When my husband married me.He was studying in UK. I filed my student dependent visa for UK but got rejection.But later he advise me to go to some other country as an International student so that after finishing his course of study.He will come and join me. I came to New Zealand as an International student. But now my husband says that he dont want to come and join me.And our marriage is anulled.And he wont be liable to give me any claims.As we dont have children. And he can remarry in UK or india without getting legally divorced from me.

My first question is -
Is it true that our marriage will be considered as anulled in Indian court of law?

Secondly is can my husband remarry without taking legal divorce from me?

Thirdly will he liable for any claims if he remarry in UK or India?

When my husband married me he was a international student in UK .Later i filed my application as an student dependent.But got rejection so he suggested me to apply for some other country as an international student.And told me that after finishing his course of study he will join me. I am currently student in New Zealand. But now husband is saying he dont want to come and join me and that our marraige is annulled as we had been staying seperately for more then 2 years.So there is no need for him to get divorce legally from me. Our marriage was performed in India (delhi).Our court marriage was also done. And i have photo copy of my marriage certificate.We dont have children.And he is still in UK. My question is that is our marriage annulled? And can he remarry on that grounds?

our children didn't get along. Never met the mother of his kids. actually she is mother of youngest but raised his oldest as her own. we are together all day everyday (we own our own business). at night he picks his oldest up from work and goes home to live with them. was waiting for oldest to turn 18. oldest is now 22!!! says that oldest got into some trouble with wrong crowd and isn't ready to live on thier own yet......like i said, we are together every day!!!! live as married couple. He stays at my house thu, fri, and sat nights....i guess i'm a part time wife...but, i am getting sick and tired of waiting....I have asked for a divorce several times but he cries and says how much he loves me and that he is coming...SOON...uuuhhhh!!!! he swears he has nothing to do with the kids mother and they have separate bedrooms,yet I am not allowed to call him there. My husband and i who are seperated finally seemed to be getting along last week. We ate out together and the week and sleep together a few days before that. I wouldn't say it was really great being with him because so much has happened hurts on both sides. But we have a two yr old and i have a 7 yr old from previous marriage that is close to him. Well i thought things could be moving in the rite direction slowly because it was the first time in a while we can be nice to each other. Well Sunday nite me and his daughter and him ate together and parted ways around 10:30 pm. I called him because his daughter went to the phone and said da da and cryed he answered i said say goodnight to her he did. He mentioned he would call me.
