Have you ever been satisfied with yourself and then so happy and your life finally starts to come together with someone...you start your family, you love, you share-through the good and bad, and then realize that the person you are with is a prolonged liar, a phony, and not the person who you thought she/he was at all?
Now it is too late, you have a child, you are dependent, what do you do?

my husbands brother has had nothing to do with our family or his own family since our son was born. His wife seems to be upset that we had a boy.She sends a card to my husbands work in a brown envelope with no names on it just the last name, inside it is not labled with names just says have a great holiday. There is also a gift certificate for our son but not for our daughter in it..do we just send the card back? Any suggestions???

He said I am very closed minded, and people are having open marriages all the time. I do love him, but these are totally against my vows, morals, beliefs, and worse of all, the truth that I want to raise my kids in. I can stand a lot, but this is too much. How should I handle this situation? He already cheated last Thursday, and is going to continue to do so w/several, it's like a sport to him. I am sooooo afraid of STD's...crazy women that may follow him home. The image I am showing my kids. I have 3 and I know it's going to be hard to be a single mom, but I don't know what else. I did think of staying, but don't think I have enough strength to do so. Please help

How dare he even conversate with me. I HATE talking to him and I cannot stand him either. This statement is coming from a man who for years I cried to, pleaded with and tried to communicate with about anything...and when I talk to him would ignore or not even acknowledge me by not even looking at me when I am talking or turned his back. I resent now he has the nerve to even SAY THIS. Funny the one thing he swore he would NEVER do is what he thinks he should receive from me. I laugh. Is this muthaf***** serious? I find it ironic. I make a point to treat him the same like I did before. I actually learned this method of ignoring or being ignorant from him......why is he mad now he created a monster and getting the same treatment he so many years dished out to me?

we have just been married 3 mos now & already having serious issues i found him tellin another girl "i love you" and found the lyrics crashed by chris daughtry sent to another. now im not sure what to do..save my marriage or divorce? i cant get over it.it hurts so bad the song was to A FRIEND of mine even?! help me.. im lost.. i dont want too loose him but im going insane. i got stress out the a$$ and everything. i dont want my son to loose his daddy but, i dont know wat to do!

I hv been w/ my b/f for 4 yrs. I'm a single mom & I don't collect child spprt from my dau dad. I have a good job but with daycare, rent, bills, car payment, I'm pretty limited. My b/f on the other hand has a lot of money, he has a big 5 bdrm house in an upper class neighborhood, he drives a BMW & owns 2 othr cars, he has a condo in vegas. He's finacially well off. I don't expect him to pay my blls but smtimes he see's that I'm struggling finacially & he never offers to help me out. On the otherhand, whenever I have money I am splendid w/him & buy him things,I do everything for him, I cook, go clean his house, iron his clothes, buy his kids things when I have extra money, last year for x-mas I bght him a $100 gift and he didn't give me anythng. I didn't really mind, but this year for x-mas he asked me how much I was spending on his gift so that he can but me smthing of equal value, why shld that matter? if I had more money, I wld buy him smthng nice regrdlss of wht he cld affrd 2 buy me

after 3 yrs of being far from the person i love, i am finally with him. we r planning to get married. We both study in universities at grad level. Since our universities r close to each other, i come every day to work with him in his uni. I am not wanting to have friends coz i dont want them to take me from him. i just want to be with him. Since there isnt anything official between us yet, i sometimes feel bad that people always see me with him(due to cultural and religious reasons). i do tell my friends that we r gonna get engaged next yr.however i dont want to have a bad reputation..
do u think that i should stop meeting him everyday at his uni and be less frequent in seeing him? we usually study together in his office at his uni..

I found out just this morning from my wife of 9 years that she's been having an affair with her best friend's husband, who is someone I've been friends with since we were kids. I'm trying to be level-headed about this on my end and not make any rash decisions or actions (it's only been a few hours after all), but because this man is my friend (of over 20 years) and because I know he will ask why my wife and I have split up, I'm trying to figure out what to say to him. Is it my place to explain what I know? Do I have an obligation to tell his wife? I'm throwing a party for my employees tomorrow and he and his wife both work for me and they're planning on being there. You know how when you are single and dating, one day you decide you are ready to settle down with one person? That's how I feel right now, but I am already married. I just feel single and lonely. I'm just not getting the attention that I need. Is this normal to feel this way sometimes during the course of marriage? Or is this a problem. I mean, I catch myself checking out other men and having a "single" frame of mind. I haven't acted on anything, but I've told my husband that I need more attention. He's had a history of infidelity, so I can't help to think that maybe it is going on again- causing him to be distant and inattentive. Maybe I have too many problems, huh?

Im married and have been for 3 years next week We got married when i was 19, now 22 we bought a house 2 years ago an now i feel like im trapped, i have never got anymoney, and i mean every penny i earn goes strat to the bills account my husband works shifts and i never really see him. I started to feel like im not in love with him any more and just want out of it all, we dont have sex and havnt for a few months, i dont no whether its the pressure but wen im at home on my own in the evenings i just feel really depressed and like crying all the time.. I dont know whether i want to be with him anymore, and dont know wat to do ...... I cant talk to him because he would just end the relationship if he thinks i dont love.... This january would be 2 years since My husband and I would be married and I am to the point that I cant stand his ways anymore. Icant believe it went from sprung to this.

We argue every or every other day. He swears, curse, calls me names, like fool, ****. He's just disrespectful.
It gets so bad that Im doing and say the sames things back to him and I just dont want my daughter to pick up these things or hear them.(she's 10 months) And you do things for them.

I just want him to leave me, but everytime I tell him its best we separte, he treaten me, by saying stuf like:-
* Go and leave my daughter
* or I will have to deal with him and his people if I do that

I got a divorce application but Im not working now (on mat leave) and I cant afford a lawyer and I read on the application you need to be separted for a year before a divorce. It hurts to say this but I just want him out of my life. I hate when we make it because then it starts over again.

What cant I do?

Sorry this will be a bit long but want to try and get the whole story out to you. I am deployed right now and my wifes birthday is this month. I have boughten her very nice jewlery in the past such as 1/2 carat earing. 1 1/2 carat diamond ring. necklaces etc. I wanted to get her somethng nice for her birthday. She told me about this new perfume called euphoria but she didnt tell me that there was also eurphoria blossom. The place i went only had the blossom so not knowing any better trying to be a good man i bought the perfume and feeling great that i had gotten my wife something she was wanting. that was present one......then she asked for a necklace made out of gold that looked like a certain fish, she emailed me the pictrue and i got it hand made but i didnt know that the fish needed to hang in a certain direction.... so back to the perfume. The perfume she tells me is the wrong kinds and she does not like that stuff so i feel bad i got the wrong thing but she really lets me know

Me and wife have been married since July and she is now pregnant I am 99% sure it is mine with the time frame. I believe she and her ex want to get back together. He called the other day and him and his wife were having trouble she went into other room and then outside( never did that before) Read her phone text and saw where she had said that she never had really loved me and that someone had said to wait until after holidays and hope he wasnt bluffing (not me) should I ask her about this?
