For example, a very pretty young lady that works at me favorite coffee place has been rather flirty with me over the past year. About a week ago she asked me out. Now, I am head over heels for my wife but... I'm an ex player and this lady is unearthly looking. So... I said, "GET THEE BEHIND ME SATAN!" And left... havent been back since.

So... is it natural to be tempted by goodies or... not...

temptation happens to us all daily, and we do have to recognize it and see it for what it is. the devil is quite convincing when he plants a seed in our minds, but we have to be the ones to decide if we will let it grow or not.

Unless you lost your eyesight when you said "I do" then youwill be tempted every hour of every day for the rest of your life. When first married, you don't even see the millions of other women out there. As time goes on, the become more and more visible and tempting. It is what your do with that temptation which leads you down the path of adultry or faithfullness.

Jamus, you are so right about this. Everyone will be tempted at some point in their life and if they realize that it can and will happen to them, then they know how to react to it. You did the right thing and you are a smart man. It is those who keep saying 'I will never or It couldn't happen to me' who are the ones who fall into the hands of temptation. Good question.

Yes, it is natural to be tempted and even flattered. It is not alright to act on the temptation. Things can start out innocently and turn into something else. It is important to know where to draw the line.

You did good!

You did the bestest thing you could have done. I'm impressed! I hope you shared that with your wife, I'm sure that would make her day.
