I live with them and my lil sister, 12 yo. I'm sure she's much more important to than than me, I feel like trash, though I don't think they have any reason to consider me like that. I'm a good student, have never got in trouble. This used to make me sad and depressed, but I found a way to preserve my mental health, I have older friends who are good emotional substitutes for my parents. I don't have any seriuos conflict w/ my parents, the last time I got a small punishment I was 10. We simply don't talk, I'm not important to them. My sister is a good girl but sometimes messes up, and she has their ful attention and love. Yesterday my parents got to know by my school that I was on the honor roll. They were proud (which is a selfish feeling ) but resentful because I didn't tell them. I didn't think this was important at all, I didn't do anything wrong, just on the contrary. I didn't share this w/ them, I let my school do it. I don't understand theirt resentment, could someone help?

My wife and I have been married for 3 months. She thought I was going to be working late last night, but I went out with some guys to the casino. I ended up winning $150, but then I blew all that money plus another $300 at a local strip club. She was expecting me home around 8:30 last night, and I didn't get in until after 2:00 AM. I crawled into bed and she immediately awoke yelling and screaming of where have I been and why I reeked like cigarette smoke. She then made me go sleep on the couch.

We didn't talk at all this morning, and I think she is over-reacting. I don't know how I am going to explain about the money... any suggestions?

I'm 22 years old. I broke up with my boyfriend of 10 months about 1.5 months ago. I'm dating someone new now. He's not my official "boyfriend" yet, but we are definitely headed in that direction. The problem is, I'm not completely over my ex. Although I ended the relationship, I am still keeping in contact with him and I do miss him and think about him. Is this really b!tchy of me? Should I stay single because it's not fair, or should I get into a relationship with this new guy (it may help me move on)? Please let me know what you think! Thank you!

My 10 year old son is seeking the attention from his father, who live about 4 hours away from us. He hardly ever calls him, and thinks that just because the state takes out less than $200 out of his check every month for support, that's all he needs to do. I've tried everything I can think of... meeting him half way, bringing my son ALL the way to him, and giving him gas money to come see his own son. I have 2 younger children by a different marriage, and I can't even find their father, so since I have contact with this one I want to make it work for my son. But the father acts like he just doesn't want to be inconvienced. I have NO feelings for this man (we dated in school), I just want my son to have a daddy. He deserves that. But what can I do to make the father want to be daddy?

My son is still 17 and she is 16! My son and I think that abortion would be the best option, and my friends, but since a lot of people on here disagreed, what would you suggest I do?
She is irresponsible, promiscous, she left home at 14 and is generally disrespectful. Her marks at school are bad, all she wants to do is end up on welfare.
She cuts herself and has even tried to kill herself, my son doesn't want to be around someone like her, because he can see how manipulative she is now. She manipulated to him and lied to him that she would have an abortion if she fell pregnant.
So what should I do? I tried to talk to her, I asked her whether she knew what was happening was serious and she carelessly said yes, and then my son told me she didn't want to talk to me anymore. What else could I do if she doesn't want to talk to me, and her parents don't want an abortion!
Also, my husband just died, and I need my son by my side at this moment!

Ok. My husband really likes a clean house and he helps with it too when he is home. Before we met, I was a slob and a bit of a clutter. However since we have been married and living together, I have curbed my bad habits. When he is here, the house stays clean and we usually spend at least one day a week cleaning and straightening. The laundry always pills up because neither one of us likes to do that. We he gets back from a deployment I usually spend a day giving the house a good scrubbing just so he can come into a nice clean house. My husband just got home from a 90-day deployment. I cleaned the house except I over slept and did not give all the laundry done. Also our Vacuum took a nose dive and broke so only half of the house was vacuumed. Besides those two things the house was clean. It looked nice, it smelled nice, but I told him about it before he got home. I said that I meant to have it all done but I just dropped the ball, especially on the laundry because I over slept.

Hi, well basically I just had a dispute with my dad because I accidentily put some greasy cloths in a clean pile.

Anyways he got angry and geuss what threw my daily trips to the library in my face. I told him that I go their to study but he said I just go there to escape housework. I am the only sibiling that does housework!

The thing is last time anyone stood up to him he beat the hell out of them and I don't want that to happen to me. He is in a bad moode but that's no excuse to go around bullying ppl. What should I do?

I have my daughter and Im the dad. Her mother who lives 10 blocks from us if that is a dead beat and doesnt contribute one dime to her daughter. She throws a fit when our daughter asks her for money to do something with friends. Her mom wonders why Ashley doesnt want to hang out with her. I just went and bought Ashley a Digital camera, I MAC book, clothes and i out a rof over her head and feed her and transport her where she needs to go!! her mother does nothing but live in a house where her rent is 1600 a month and she takes home 1100 a month!!!!! his mother passed and father stood in court and gave him to m e .now he resents me for not being his real mother and believes his life would be better if he lived with his father.he is acting out and stated he wants a real family.i explained to him that he is with a real family.i am so hurt and i love this child i want to get him couseling and myself as well but i am angry all he believes that is his life is awful even thou i took him from a drug house and put him in a middle class life.help me help this child and myself i am trying to get him a bigbrother what else can i do?

I am going through a divorce and at the moment there is no one in my life that I am intimate with...I feel that I dont want to be physically intimate with any man. I want to know if there are women out there that have experienced not wanting to have any kind of sex, anyone out there that feels that sex is not an option for you. I told him I AM DONE with the alcohol, pot and gambling. Get treatment or if you are not ready to quit we need to separate until you are ready, if you never get ready, then I guess we ultimately divorce. Basically, I want him OUT OF THIS HOUSE and OUT OF MY SITE, it repulses me to look at him one more day. 2 days went by, I asked if he knew what he was going to do. He said "of course not" "this is a huge decision, and I don't know, I need some time to think about this" I told him, just the fact that he needs time, tells me the answer and he gave his usual passive aggressive answer. Ok, if you know everything....I then asked what he thinks is reasonable, he said a week. What do I do for the week. My son as school so it is not like I can go away for a week, and do you think it is reasonable.

Cleans the house...
Works outside the house 3-4 days a week...
Is always there when I need to talk...
Does a phenominal job with our six month old...
Kiss every morning when I leave for work...
Doesn't just tell me but shows me that she loves me...
Supports everything I do, stupid or not...

ok, yesterday at school i found out a guy who i was fairly good friends with died. he was only 16 and he had heart problems and before school his parents found him dead. at first i was REALLY shocked and i didn't believe it, but then i was sad. When i went home i was crying a lot.. but then i kinda went numb.. like seriously numb -- my body was tingling. then i was laughing at werid stuff and i just couldn't concentrate on anything.. idk.. is this normal? and is there any ways i can get over all of this quicker. i have dealt with close ones dying before but this is different cuz he's my age. plus, me and him used to be good friends but this year we didn't talk as much so now i feel even worse and guilty.. plz help me!!!!!

I have a crush on my sexy next door neighbor! So I’m going as a sexy devil tonight when I trick or treat at his house.
